Taft-Hartley Act
Labor-Management Relations Act, LMRA

Definition:
The Taft-Hartley Act of 1947 is an amendment of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) which added provisions allowing unions to be prosecuted, enjoined, and sued for a variety of activities, including mass picketing and secondary boycotts.
